I own four pet stores in and around Chicago and was looking to expand to be able to reach more people. My accountant suggested that I have a website built and join the millions of people who are making a living online. I told my wife and she thought that it sounded like a good idea.

We found pet shop templates on a web site building site. You can have the company build your site or you can buy the pet store templates from them and hire your own company to build it for you. I had a hard time choosing from the pet shop templates and on the decision of who I was going to have build it.

I started looking in our local phone book to see if there was a local company we could use. I found two that I had heard of and called to set up appointments with both of them to see if I would be comfortable with using them. When we had finally had chosen a company, then we had to choose from the entire pet store templates to use also. The site took about six months to create and go live. Our sales are awesome, our current customers shop on there also, in case they cannot make it to one of the stores.
