I Am Ordering The Iron Doors For My Friend
I wanted to help out my friend by getting her the set of iron doors to match her iron gate she had bought earlier this year. She had intended on going back and purchasing the iron doors as soon as she got her end of the year bonus, but instead she was laid off from her job. She had never seen it coming and figured that she should not plan on going back since she was involved with the third set of layoffs from her company and no one was getting called back.
She tried for six months to find a new job and in the end decided to take a position for a company that could only pay her half of what her salary used to be. She talked about never being able to afford the iron doors to match the iron gate, and I knew that if I got them for her, it would at least put a smile on her face for a little while. She might be angry with me for doing it but she would get over it as soon as she saw how nice the gate and the doors looked together. I cannot wait to see her face when she realizes what I have done.
